Because we make most of our products upon order, items will not typically leave our facility for 3-7 business days. Each individual product will have a notation of estimated production time. If you opt to pay for quicker shipping, the ship time would be from the date the order leaves our building. Delivery times are NOT guaranteed. If you need to receive your order on or before a specific date, please contact us in advance to ensure we can meet your deadline.
We ship all of our orders to arrive via USPS or FEDEX Ground within in 5-10 business days. Our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest, safest and most economical way possible. All products are shipped in sturdy containers. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of items. Client will be notified when their package ships and may track the progress of your shipment online via your account. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we cannot guarantee when an item will arrive once it is in the hands of the carrier service.
Only a select few items in our catalog allow for rush processing. These items will include a RUSH PROCESSING checkbox option and will incur a rush processing service charge. Though we do our best to accommodate rush orders, we recommend that you plan ahead to be sure you receive your items in the time frame that you require, as we cannot guarantee, even with rush processing, that an order will arrive by a specific date or time.
International shipping is available on MOST items in our catalog to the following countries: Canada, UK and Australia. International shipping rates and options are displayed during checkout. Please note international shipments may take as long as 15 business days to arrive depending on the type of service selected.
Oversized Item Surcharges
Certain items in our catalog are considered “oversized” and are subject to additional shipping/handling costs over and above our flat, advertised shipping rate. In these cases, these items will include an oversized items notation in the description, and the additional shipping/handling costs will be automatically added to your cart during checkout.
*Please note that Duty, Customs and Brokerage fees may apply once in the destination country and these charges (if applied by international customs) is the sole responsibility of the recipient. Pickleberry Kids will not be held responsible for these international custom charges. All International orders shipped from Pickleberry Kids are sent via UPS International and are insured for the price of the product. Refunds will not be honored due to delivery refusal.
Pickleberry Designs wants to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is a happy customer! We accept returns on most non-personalized products within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items will receive a credit to your original payment method. Please allow 3-4 business days for refunds to appear on your account. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund or credit. Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we are unable to accept any returns of personalized items. We also cannot accept returns on bedding items, except for damage or defect.

Because we begin processing your order as soon as it comes in, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Authorization for all returns (including defective merchandise) must be obtained prior to replacement by emailing Customer Service at email@example.com. Please include your order number, item SKU/title, and a brief reason for the return.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from us (if you purchase our brand on another website, you must refer to their return policy)
- Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements.
All defective merchandise will be replaced at our expense. Digital photographs of all defects must be provided to Customer Service before a replacement can be processed. We cannot accept item returns without prior authorization from Customer Service.
Warning: Do not sign for a delivery unless you have opened the shipping carton(s) and inspected the contents for damage as the freight company will not honor a damage claim if the driver obtains a signature from the recipient.
If your merchandise arrives damaged, do not discard the artwork or shipping carton and do not return the shipment to Pickleberry Kids as the freight company may require an inspection before processing a damage claim.
Email pictures of the damaged artwork and shipping carton to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery. Also, please provide a telephone number where you can be reached.
A customer support representative will contact you shortly after receiving your damage notice.
