Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. During launches or busy seasons, it may take a little longer — we’ll always keep you updated if there’s a delay.
How will my order ship?
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the size of your package. You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Hats & Patches
How do the patches work?
All Pickleberry hats have a built-in hook-and-loop (Velcro®-style) patch area so you can swap designs anytime you want.
Do you offer different hat sizes?
Yes! Please see our Size Guide to find your best fit before ordering.
Can I wash my hat?
Yes — just remove your patch first. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, and lay flat to dry for best results.
Do you make custom patches?
We’re currently exploring custom patch projects for businesses, schools, and sports teams. If you’re interested, email us at info@pickleberrykids.com with your idea, and we’ll be in touch to discuss options.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Because we’re a small business, we do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We’re happy to exchange it for the same item. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the defect.
