Pickleberry Returns & Exchange Policy

At Pickleberry, every hat and patch is made with care. As a small business, we are currently not accepting returns for change of mind or wrong size. We encourage you to check our Size Guide before ordering to help ensure the perfect fit.
We will gladly offer an exchange for the same item if your product arrives damaged or defective.
Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@pickleberrykids.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the defect or damage

A brief description of the issue
Once your claim is approved, we’ll send you instructions for returning the defective item. We’ll cover the shipping cost for sending your replacement.
Important Notes

Exchanges are for the same product only (same style, color, and size).

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for exchange.

Custom or personalized items are final sale unless defective.
