Pickleberry Shipping Policy

At Pickleberry, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible!


Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • During busy seasons or product launches, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated if there’s a delay.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • We currently ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Pickleberry is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help file a claim and send a replacement if eligible.


Pre-Orders & Launch Items

  • If you purchase a pre-order item, your order will ship once the product is ready. Estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page.
