Order Tracking

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Pickleberry is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help file a claim and send a replacement if eligible.
Pre-Orders & Launch Items

If you purchase a pre-order item, your order will ship once the product is ready. Estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page.
